FULL BODY WORKOUTS!! We'll be fusing together cardio, weights, balance and core all together in a non stop class with TONS of constant variety! During these workouts we'll be using weights, med balls, stability balls, the bosu, bands, gliders, mini pilates balls, foam rollers, and lots of body weight exercises & yoga stretches too.
What to bring:
Water bottle and a mat. Please wear a mask in the facility until we get to our own workout spot!
Coach Meg will be playing games, reading books, and making sure kiddos have some fun playtime while the grownups workout! Reach out for more details and to register for this!
